Responsibilities
Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver in-house product training programs for field sales, clinical specialists, and customers
Prepare training materials and develop course content, ensuring alignment with company and customer objectives
Maintain competitive product knowledge and develop continuing education programs for sales professionals
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support new product launches with effective training and educational tools
Continuously revise lesson plans to adapt to new training requirements and keep technical information current
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in the medical device/healthcare industry, or education curriculum facilitation (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience)
Ability to analyze and communicate clinical study designs and results
Experience working with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Marketing, and Sales
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with field and marketing teams
Willingness to travel 20% - 30%
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a role focused on arranging, managing, and executing training programs
Background in office site of care and/or pharmaceutical curriculum
Comfort with data analytics and proficiency in systems like SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/SharePoint
