Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Applications (Dynamics 365)
Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect focused on AI Business Applications to drive low‑code agility and AI transformation for our customers.
Responsibilities
Act as the trusted advisor and voice of the customer, translating business problems into solutions aligned with outcomes and ROI.
Deliver customer satisfaction through efficient delivery and a seamless connected customer experience.
Drive consumption and usage by designing well‑architected solutions, applying change management and enabling adoption.
Identify and resolve blockers to accelerate solution deployment and usage with minimal guidance.
Capture new business expansion opportunities at scale, communicating the Microsoft value proposition and executing on the Customer Engagement Model.
Operate with operational excellence and agile practices throughout all sales stages and tools of record.
Focus on continuous up‑skilling and improvement, contributing to structured frameworks and industry knowledge, and engaging in communities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration or related areas.
2+ years of experience working in a customer‑facing role and on technical projects.
Technical certification in cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, security).

Pay Range
– Base pay ranges for this role vary by location. For example, U.S. base ranges are USD $85,100–$169,800. In the San Francisco Bay Area the range is USD $112,000–$185,300.
