Overview
This Senior Financial Analyst opportunity supports our Home Health line of Business, directly reporting to the Finance Manager. The Senior Financial Analyst works with management and company personnel providing financial analytics necessary to identify, develop, implement, and maintain strategic sales or operating business solutions toward attaining growth and value objectives for the company. This role has high visibility, working with the management team for timely deliverables to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Produces forecasts for revenue and expense trends
Develops analytic models to provide insight to budgeting and financial results
Helps coordinate improved cross-functional activity by utilizing analytics and key measurements to identify opportunities to improve earnings in processes
Works closely with analysts and stakeholders in Amerita to develop efficient financial communications, eliminating information gaps across functional areas
Evaluates financial results of sales and branch performance for existing infusion operations and assess viability of new business expansion
Includes business evaluation by relating operational data with the financial statements or other business financial or operational information, utilizing tools such as CPR+, Salesforce, and/or SAP
Maintains an adequate system of records and financial controls to support an environment suitable under Sarbanes-Oxley as outlines in Company policies and procedures
Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's Degree with major or emphasis in Finance or Accounting; MBA or Master's Degree in relevant field, preferred
Minimum three (3) years of related experience in financial analyst or accounting role
Experience with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, or comparable tools
CPR+ or other healthcare operating systems, preferred
Alteryx analytics or equivalent interfacing with Salesforce CRM, preferred
Health care industry experience, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical experience and an ability to present complex issues in a clear and impactful manner to all levels of management. Communication should be fact-based and credible
Experience delivering accurate and timeline financial models and offering business recommendations
Excellent database and data mining skills with highly intuitive financial acumen
High level of organizational skills
