The

Environment, Health, Safety & Security Manager

will support the development of site SHE Safety & Security policy, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and relevant laws and regulations. The role is based at the Schenectady, NY site, one of the client’s largest premix plants globally. Responsibilities

Assist in developing site approach to managing combustible dust hazards, including technical guidance, SOP development, field study, and training. Work closely with Facility Trainer to develop, organize, and conduct SHE & Security related training programs, ensuring all training is current and up-to-date. Lead site process safety analysis studies, participate in HAZOP, CHA, and MSA teams, and track recommendations progress. Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause failure analysis, and define lessons learned. Demonstrate leadership in process safety life cycle, support process safety tools, and keep informed on changes in requirements. Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a technical SHE discipline. 5+ years in SHE-related functions. Professional certification highly desirable (CSP, CIH, CHP, CHMM, CRSP). Good knowledge of safety & security practices and OSHA regulations. Knowledge of NFPA, EU regulations, EPA, 29 CFR 1910, 40 CFR, 49 CFR, IATA and IMDG desired. Benefits
