We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Pastry team as a Pastry Cook 2.

Essential function of the job Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Knowledge and Skills

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Previous experience in a luxury, fast‑paced, pastry kitchen.
