$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Location & Compensation Hybrid in Houston, TX — Memorial City area (local candidates only).
4 days on-site (Mon–Thurs), Friday optional, culture-focused environment.
Compensation:
$110,000–$120,000 base + 15% bonus + full benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Lead power settlement processes (ERCOT/ISO): daily/weekly reconciliation, identify variances
Own month-end close, GL, and accounts payable; hands-on across all tasks
Document, refine, and cross-train settlement procedures; act as main process owner
Support dual-entity accounting (main OpCo + JV); coordinate with operations and finance
Help transition accounting in-house from outsourced provider
Preferred Qualifications
Power/energy accounting with ISO settlements (ERCOT or other ISO experience)
Full-cycle GL and AP; ERP system exposure (NetSuite or peer)
Proven ability to drive work independently in lean/startup settings
