Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Lead global clinical trial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Manage all aspects of trial delivery, including site selection, startup, contracting, patient recruitment, and retention.
Collaborate across departments to finalize essential study documents and systems (e.g., protocols, ICFs, EDC, IxRS, lab logistics, TMF, CSRs).
Develop and implement study plans covering risk mitigation, quality assurance, safety monitoring, and vendor oversight.
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality maintenance of the Trial Master File.
Oversee clinical systems and ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Monitor budgets and timelines, proactively addressing risks and variances.
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
Organize and execute investigator meetings in partnership with internal teams.
Stay current with therapeutic area developments and clinical research trends.
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 8 years in clinical operations and 5 years in study management.
Proven track record in leading global trials and managing cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, international regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial methodologies.
Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contingency planning.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and ethical approach.
