Our client is currently seeking a Systems Architect – IV. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of Pega CDH applications.
Responsibilities
Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Lead Application Developer to join its team in Irving, TX. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of Pega CDH applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega Infinity 24.1, NBA Designer, and decisioning technologies, with a strong background in ADM and predictive modeling.
Qualifications & Requirements
Lead the design and development of applications using Pega CDH.
Review business requirements and translate them into scalable application designs.
Manage the Proposition/Offer matrix and ensure compliance with implementation standards.
Design and manage Adaptive Decisioning Models (ADM) and predictive models.
Develop Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using Pega NBA Designer.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices.
Ensure application scalability, performance, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and offshore/onshore development teams.
Provide regular status updates, post-production monitoring, and contribute to management reporting decks.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and team calls, primarily during US business hours.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 24.1 and NBA Designer.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML 5.0, and DevSecOps practices.
Expertise in Pega PRPC and Decision Management (DSM).
Experience designing and implementing ADM and predictive models.
Desired Skills
Experience with 1:1 customer engagement optimization.
Understanding of Inbound Marketing strategies.
Strong grasp of strategy and proposition management.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT systems development.
Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant), and/or CPMC (Certified Pega Marketing Consultant).
