What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.

This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).

Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools.

Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.

What You Need

Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.

Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.

Compensation Base pay ranges by location:

Bay Area & Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour

Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour

Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour

Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour

New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour

Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour

Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit plans and programs. Eligibility

Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with a current PTIN.

Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30+ individual federal & state 1040 returns.

Strong knowledge of tax laws and commercial tax software.
