Kohler Co is seeking an experienced Sr Executive Recruiter to partner directly with our C‑suite and senior business leaders to find, attract, and hire world‑class talent. Specific Responsibilities

Be a trusted advisor : Partner directly with the CEO, CHRO, and senior executives to understand business strategy and translate it to executive talent needs.

Shape leadership hiring : Lead end‑to‑end searches for Senior Director level and above roles across the enterprise, including commercial, operations, engineering, supply chain, digital, HR, and finance.

Deliver a white‑glove experience : Build relationships with top executives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values, culture, and EVP.

Bring market intelligence : Provide insights on talent landscapes, leadership pipelines, and competitor activity to guide executive decisions.

Own the entire search journey : Proactively research, source, and engage top leadership talent, as well as directly manage all candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment activity.

Champion inclusion : Ensure every slate reflects a broad, diverse range of perspectives and experiences.

Drive innovation : foster continuous improvement of executive recruiting practices and strategies to raise the bar with every hire.

Skills / Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Recruiter with responsibility for sourcing and recruiting at the Senior Director level and above

Experience working directly with leaders at the CEO, CHRO, and C‑suite level

Ability to work onsite in Kohler, WI, four days per week

Ability to travel on occasion to Kohler facilities (less than 10%)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous executive recruitment experience in both a retained search firm and a corporate in‑house TA team

Experience maturing executive recruiting policies, processes, and strategies

Proven success filling senior leadership roles in manufacturing, industrial, durable consumer goods, or engineering‑driven companies

Strong executive presence and ability to influence and build trust with senior executives

Expertise in leadership assessment

Experience working in a multi‑region Talent Acquisition COE, with alignment to global processes, programs, and policies

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $125,750 - $195,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
