Maintains comprehensive documentation to ensure data integrity and participates in problem resolution with application developers, vendors, and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities

Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased applications or application frameworks. Participates in the design, configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and user group profiles. Validates system functionality after changes. Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades. Analyses, monitors, and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software. Maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity. Participates in application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Six or more years of experience in application development Preferred Skills/Experience

Knowledge and/or experience with AWS and Infrastructure Knowledge and/or experience with SQL and T-SQL coding Knowledge and/or experience with .Net and/or React development Knowledge and/or experience with financial institutions, especially Corporate Treasury Knowledge and/or experience with Agile ways of working Working knowledge of application delivery including release management Working knowledge of hardware infrastructure Nice to have knowledge and/or experience with QRM administration Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Location & Schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Benefits
