We are seeking a proactive and organized
Administrative Assistant
to join our Boston team.
This is an
hourly, flexible hybrid position
(approximately 20–25 hours per week),
reporting to the Executive Programs Director , with the
potential to expand into a full-time role . The position is primarily remote, with the ability to come into the office as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the leadership team
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient schedules
Support expense reporting, vendor invoices, and finance follow-ups
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in organizing internal meetings and small team events
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
Profile
Experienced in providing administrative and executive support in international and fast-paced startup environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working across all levels of the organization
Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong ownership and discretion
Professional, collaborative, and service-minded approach
