ADP is hiring a
Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) .
ADP offers an award-winning training program. In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, working with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions and high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. You will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes at different stages, document them, and guide opportunities through implementation until the solution is live.

What You’ll Do — Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help clients understand and solve business needs; earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients and partnering with decision-makers.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.
Qualifications A college degree is not required; what matters is the ability to do the job. If you don’t have a degree, acceptable experience includes:
Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a persistent mindset.
Required qualifications include:
Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, strong time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and clear communication.
Strategic Closer : Established network, outside B2B sales experience, track record of closing sales and managing territory and relationships.
Proven Winner : Ambitious and able to thrive under pressure and exceed quotas.
