What You’ll Do
Ensure consistent Shinola Guest Experience standards are met.
Maintain visual and operational standards, keeping all store areas clean, presentable, and stocked.
Greeting guests, answering phones, and engaging guests daily.
Assist with gift wrapping as needed.
Support the team during peak holiday months (November – January).
Occasionally support in‑store and off‑site store events outside posted operating hours.
Process shipments, pack orders, and perform other operational requirements as needed.
Abide by Time & Attendance policies, Code of Conduct policies, and all applicable policies and procedures.
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed for the business and to include either, days, nights, and weekends during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Temporary position, ending after the seasonal holiday period.

Employment Type: Seasonal
Employment Period: Begins November 2 – January 17, not to exceed 90 days of seasonal employment.
Compensation: Starting at $19.18 per hour.
