What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Cultivate and secure new business opportunities within targeted accounts for Adobe Digital Experience solutions
Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets
Manage a consultative sales process and develop effective sales strategies
Collaborate with solutions consulting teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches
Ensure smooth operations of the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space
10+ years overall experience in software selling
Experience selling to high-level executives such as CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs
Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing abilities
BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling large, complex sales models and emerging technologies
Proven ability to create and develop a highly motivated and success‑oriented sales team
