EY-Parthenon – Strategy and Execution – Capital Edge – Senior Associate‑Consultant Join EY-Parthenon’s Edge platform team where strategy, transactions, and corporate finance converge to deliver real‑world value. We partner with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity, and Governments to navigate increasing complexity, deploying innovative AI‑powered technology and an investor mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute operational and technology focused projects across all sectors, supporting client service teams in implementing technology to deliver strategies for transactions and transformations.

Develop experience across a range of engagements, including pre‑deal (operational and carve‑out planning) and post‑deal (integration planning, tracking).

Convert abstract business requirements from multiple stakeholders into technical user stories and measurable success criteria, delivering within short sprints.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Hands‑on familiarity with cloud, web & mobile technologies, APIs, and AI; experience with Microsoft Azure SQL, PowerBI, and AI agents.

Project management capabilities – coordinate implementation and customization of the Edge Platform to support project success.

Change management & communication – champion adoption of tools and technologies by leading implementation and training strategies.

Business development – assist with pursuits and project expansion, demonstrating the Edge platform and identifying automation opportunities.

Building relationships – serve as an advisor on leading practices and capabilities of the Edge platform at scale across industries, functions and scope.

To Qualify for the Role

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.

Must have U.S. Citizenship.

Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Experience training and onboarding and supporting users with technology to drive adoption of solutions.

Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Ideally, You Will Have

A proven record of excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.

Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
