We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to individuals who have suffered personal injury. Base Pay Range

$100,000 - $200,000 per year Benefits

Represent clients who have suffered personal injuries in civil litigation proceedings. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity of each client’s claim. Draft, file, and argue motions and pleadings. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies. Prepare and present cases for trial when necessary. Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and answer any questions they may have. Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and NC State Bar regulations. Collaborate with other members of our legal team to develop effective case strategies. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Active membership in the NC State Bar. Extensive experience in civil litigation. A proven track record of successfully handling complex cases. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
