Summary This role will provide dedicated support to Payroll, HR, and Management by ensuring timekeeping accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely handling of employee and manager requests. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn payroll processes in a fast-paced environment. Since this is an entry-level role, direct payroll experience is not required, but strong administrative skills and accuracy with numbers are essential.
Required Qualifications
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and data entry proficiency.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing large workloads.
Problem-solving orientation, able to address payroll discrepancies independently or collaboratively.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Willing to assist HR and Payroll staff, ask questions, and take initiative to complete tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of administrative, accounting, or HR support experience (internships or office roles acceptable).
