Buyers Edge Platform ("BEP") wasborn out of the 20-year growth and success of its founding companies Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge and Consolidated Concepts. BEP is a technology enabled group purchasing network, which provides group purchasing services, SaaS based technology solutions, and supply chainconsulting and procurement related services to foodservice operators across many verticals, including restaurants (independents as well as multiunit, chains and franchise concepts), hospitality (hotels, casinos, resorts), healthcare (LTC based operators), colleges & universities and array of other foodservice based operators (food trucks, caterers, amusement parks and other leisure based operators). BEP represents over $35 Billion in Network Transactions.We are committed and passionate about our mission to keep foodservice operators thriving by saving them money and increasing the quality of their products. This position is preferably hybrid based in our Lake Worth, FL office, but can also be remotely based. Periodic travel, up to 4-6x/year to events and to other company offices may be required. Talent Acquisition Specialist : manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for a variety of functions within our multiple brands, including strategic sourcing, recruitment, assessment and selection of top talent; ensure best practices around candidate alignment to guiding principles and provide an impeccable candidate and employee experience. Strategic Talent Sourcing : Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, specialized industry platforms); develop job postings and campaigns and address gaps to ensure alignment. Partnership with Business Leaders : collaborate with senior hiring managers (up to Executive level) to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives; educate managers on recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements, and candidate management. Innovative Talent Acquisition : lead development and execution of modern recruitment approaches to ensure a diverse and dynamic candidate pipeline; monitor industry trends, best practices, and tools to enhance the process. Recruiting Process : oversee high-volume recruitment and selection, including timely hiring, application processing, interview/assessment planning, screening efficiency, offers, salary discussions, and start-date coordination with stakeholders. Candidate Assessment & Selection : conduct full-cycle recruitment and intake meetings, perform interviews and skills evaluations, qualify candidates, present top candidates to the Hiring Manager, schedule interviews, and advise on selections. Champion Diversity and Inclusion : actively seek underrepresented talent and drive diversity throughout the process, following a structured hiring approach to reduce bias. Data-Driven Recruitment : use data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Enhance Employer Brand : build and promote BEP as an employer of choice and showcase commitment to diversity and inclusion; evangelize the brand across networks. Exceptional Candidate Experience : ensure a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding and cultivate a talent community. Retention : understand quality of hire to support talent retention; coach hiring managers on selection decisions to promote retention. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience in HR or related field. 3-5 years of recruitment experience Proven success with full cycle, high volume recruiting for a broad range of roles Experience utilizing and leveraging an ATS (preferably Greenhouse), as well as sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter Advanced candidate assessment capabilities Excellent organizational skills Superior ability to communicate both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills Understand the importance of and drive an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in hiring manager decision making Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs Relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines Strong initiative, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently A team player with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, influencing and communication skills What’s in this for you?
