With a team of 300+ colleagues based in the Czech Republic and other locations, Oddin.gg is growing at a superfast pace. As our company rapidly expands, so does our HR agenda – and that’s why we’re looking for experienced HR Admin to help us with our people agenda.

What You’ll Do As a Senior HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and optimizing our administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience in a fast growing company.

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

Organize and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees.

Prepare and manage employment and freelance contracts.

Handle employee lifecycle processes, including contract changes and terminations.

Maintain and update HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.

HR Process Improvement

Support the review and refinement of HR administrative processes.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Help align HR processes across Czech and international entities.

Benefits Administration

Assist in managing employee benefits and improving communication around them.

Coordinate with employees and the finance team to ensure smooth administration.

Collaboration Across Teams

Provide HR administrative support across multiple entities.

Work closely with the HR team to ensure consistency and best practices.

Who You Are

Experienced HR Professional

Previous experience in HR operations/administration, ideally in a fast-growing company.

Familiarity with employment and freelance contracts, as well as HR compliance.

Good knowledge of Czech labor law (international experience is a plus).

Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR is an advantage.

Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A proactive approach to improving HR processes.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong Communication Skills

Fluent English

and Czech – you’ll be conducting onboarding sessions and working with international teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Be based in the Czech Republic (regular commuting to the Prague office once a week).
