Senior Engineer, Ship Repair - Tuas

Location: Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG
Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, track and control ship’s Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activities, in consultation with Squadron.
Be the point of contact and manage direct customers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. IWF, yard, contractors) on the ship’s MRO requirements, ensure quality work is done safely and completed on time.
Manage improvement or new business exploration projects undertaken by the office
Lead and build up database of internal defect investigations, fault diagnosis and defect trend analysis.
Timely submit monthly reports and Service acceptance.
Take on secondary roles to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marine / Mechanical / Naval Architecture Engineering
Possess Supervise Safety Instructionfor Ship Repair Manager Certificate
Possess 2 to 4 years' experience in similar capacity from marine industries.
Knowledge of shipyard production trade activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good leadership, customer-orientatedand able to communicatewell with all levels.
Willing to work overtime and on weekend when required.
Possesses SAP knowledge is an added advantage

Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro)
5 dayswork week
Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
