As a CMF Operations Team Lead – CSG Corporate Mortgage Finance, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and executing the day-to-day operational functions for Mortgage Servicing Assets (MSA) and mortgage warehouse loans while ensuring compliance with the Policies and Procedures of Huntington’s Corporate Mortgage Finance Group (CMFG). The CMF Operations Senior Associate requires 5 or more years of mortgage operational experience, preferably within corporate mortgage finance; proven communication and collaboration skills and excellent organizational skills. This position reports to the CMF Head of Operational Strategy and Execution. Responsibilities

Operational Execution:

Develop and implement warehouse lending and MSA operational policies and procedures Maintain warehouse lending program and loan level guidelines. Surveil market and investor guidelines and recommend changes to CMF guidelines as needed based on market changes. Leverage technology to create scalable solutions with proper level of controls and oversight/reporting Ensure seamless operational execution. Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within SLA’s. Review and approve transaction exception requests related to fundings, collateral and settlements within authority assigned by manager and in accordance HNB policy Identify, review and analyze issues and problems, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate for situation Research and compile data for management and surveillance reporting Contributes to development and writing of policies and procedures Mentor and train new colleagues; participates in projects as assigned

Onboarding: Takes initiative to facilitate client onboarding in conjunction with the Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Commercial Services, Commercial Operations and in the warehouse system Oversight: Assists with overseeing performance of internal and external operations servicing CMF accounts. Responsible for ensuring acceptable levels of quality and service consistent with Bank and CMF policies, procedures, and guidelines as evidenced by satisfactory loan reviews and audits of work performed. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, management, internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration and problem solving. Analyze and recommend updates to process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes Assist with planning and executing a variety of initiatives. Initiatives may include process improvement, process redesign, change management, etc. including working with cross functional business partners Help lead the user acceptance testing for line of business, oversee resource allocation, test execution and communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization May lead a small team of Operations Specialists Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5 or more Corporate Mortgage Finance experience may be an acceptable alternative to a completed bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage operations experience preferably in a fast-paced environment 3 or more years of proven ability to lead operational teams or large projects 3 or more years proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience

Proficient written and verbal communication skills Operational leadership experience ideally within the mortgage warehouse finance industry or other specialty finance areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up Strong leadership abilities and the ability to drive change and influence others Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
