The Role We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help define and drive our go-to-market strategy within the credit union vertical. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build early traction, shape sales messaging, and close strategic deals with CFOs and CEOs at credit unions.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company early in its journey, helping shape its success, voice in the market, and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on credit unions.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative discovery to demo, negotiation, and close.

Build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Finance leaders).

Translate complex ALM and balance sheet analytics into clear business value and ROI.

Serve as a product expert able to demo the platform and speak credibly to data, analytics, and finance leaders.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback loops.

Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience selling financial analytics and/or Asset Liability Management solutions

Deep understanding of balance sheet management, interest rate risk, and financial data analytics.

Proven success building relationships with C-Levels and senior finance executives at Credit Unions .

Strong CRM discipline and data-driven approach to sales management.

Strategic thinker with startup DNA—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.

Experience in a CUSO environment
