Typical duties include but are not limited to: Associate III

Process incoming First Notice of Loss (FNOL) received via email/fax/postal mail. Enter initial claim information into claims management system and upload supporting documents.

Handle inbound claims related calls (new claim intake, inquiry calls from insureds/ claimants/medical providers/agents/ and others).

Handle inbound operator calls for FICOH and route calls to appropriate department or associate.

Monitor shared Outlook mailbox and route incoming faxes/emails to claim associates.

Prep/scan incoming claims mail and inter-office documents, perform quality checks and document validation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Associate (along with above duties)

Prepare various reports for Claims Reports Desk metrics and other departmental reports.

Entry of Police Report information in claim system.

Qualifications / Experience

Able to keyboard 40 – 45 wpm

Basic proficiency of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, providers, and internal teams

Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive work environment

Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Proficiency with data entry

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and adapt to changes

Associate III (along with the above qualifications)

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years general office experience

Sr. Associate (along with the above qualifications)

2-year college degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years general office experience

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service or call center experience

Special Circumstances

May require periodic overtime

Salary $40,800 to $59,670 annually

Salary Salary offer is based on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge , skills and experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility on top of base.
