Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support its expanding U.S. operations. This position will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on involvement across multiple areas of HR, including benefits, talent development, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Partner with management to design and execute strategies that enhance employee retention and professional growth. Oversee U.S. benefit programs and coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent standards across regions. Lead the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth and positive new hire experience. Manage employee relations matters by providing guidance, mediation, and coaching to leaders and employees. Support performance management, training, and career development programs using the company’s LMS and HR tools. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions. Contribute to global HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to benefits, training, and employee relations. SHRM-CP or PHR certification required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR a plus. Experience working in a global or multi-site organization preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; HRIS and LMS experience highly valued. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
