Brief Summary of Work for this Position:
This role involves extensive use of various electronic systems and platforms to support graduate admissions and administrative operations.
Duties:
Application, Technology & Systems Management – Provide comprehensive application management support with heavy data entry. Heavy use of electronic resources including Slate, Ellucian BANNER, Higher Education Directory, Qualtrics, multiple electronic transcript databases, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Perceptive Content for document imaging and workflow.
Document Handling – Scanning, imaging, and managing confidential documents in compliance with institutional privacy standards.
Student Engagement – Meeting with prospective students to discuss program availability, explain the application process, and review admission requirements.
Communication & Collaboration – Frequent use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for internal communication and document sharing. Professional written and verbal communication, including responding to inquiries via email and phone and initiating and receiving telephone calls.
Additional Responsibilities – Performing other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and operations.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma and one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Excellent command of the English language, written and oral, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
