Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, delivering materials to job sites and heavy equipment operation.

Duties:

• Driving company commercial truck throughout LI and NYC delivering equipment & material to job sites.
• Loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers.
• Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Packing, wrapping, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Operating warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintaining and organizing stock in the warehouse.
• Assisting in the process of inventory control and count.
• Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping, such as cleaning and keeping work areas free from hazards.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.
• Assisting with other duties as directed by warehouse supervisors or managers.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Valid DL and experience driving a commercial truck.
