Job Summary

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The primary duties of this position are to assist in packaging shipments. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Clean and organize warehouse floors, areas and outside yard
• Use forklifts
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Prepare inventory for storage or for shipping
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Scrap and properly sort materials and metals
• Load and unload trucks
• Help with any and all warehouse duties

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Detail oriented
• Familiar with Netsuite and or other related computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work at fast pace
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under tight deadlines, independently as well as with teams, demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience

• High school or equivalent required
• 2-5 years warehouse experience preferred
• Applicable electrical industry experience a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 150 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
