$80K–$90K base + discretionary bonus

The Role

A private equity investment firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior professionals. This role requires a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage busy calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground, itineraries)
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
  • Assist with Salesforce entries (prior experience a plus)
  • Partner with the other admin to ensure seamless team coverage
  • Contribute to a “no task too big or small” culture, ensuring things get done efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience (financial services preferred, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented personality
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a “get it done” mindset
  • Domestic and international travel coordination experience required
  • Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
