The Role
A private equity investment firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior professionals. This role requires a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage busy calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground, itineraries)
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist with Salesforce entries (prior experience a plus)
- Partner with the other admin to ensure seamless team coverage
- Contribute to a “no task too big or small” culture, ensuring things get done efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience (financial services preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a “get it done” mindset
- Domestic and international travel coordination experience required
- Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
