Overview

Join The Aaron’s Company, Inc. as a Delivery Driver and help keep our stores moving. This role is store‑based, driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow DOT requirements.
• Assist in the store when needed, including moving, installing, and picking up merchandise.

Qualifications

• Age 21 (18 in Canada).
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Comfortable working in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
