Be the Manager, Menu Category Management for Arby’s, part of Inspire Brands. In this role, you’ll lead menu innovation, strategy, and product development to drive growth in the beverage category and new daypart occasion platforms. You’ll report to the Sr. Director, Menu Category Management.

Responsibilities

Ideate new food concepts and menu strategy to stand out in the marketplace.

Create, refine, and launch core menu and limited‑time products, working closely with the Culinary team and cross‑functional partners (Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Training, Insights, Marketing).

Evaluate, test, and launch products, providing recommendations for brand and franchisee alignment.

Leverage Consumer Insights and Brand Analytics to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape for product testing and positioning.

Collaborate on pricing, promotion, calendar needs, and positioning across channels.

Analyze ongoing core menu performance across restaurant and digital channels, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

4‑year degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of menu strategy experience in multi‑unit food service chains.

Strategic thinking to inform and inspire large‑scale menu ideas.

Curiosity to derive consumer and business insights and strong business acumen.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear PowerPoint calls to action.

Leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills across operations, supply chain, field, and marketing teams.

Self‑starter who can project‑manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Deep understanding of product development and testing processes.
