Overview Project Manager - Low Voltage with experience in Data Center, Fiber Optic, Data, DAS, and Security product solutions. Responsible for enforcing procedures, directing crew development, coordinating with customers, and ensuring project performance aligns with contract scope and budget.
Responsibilities
Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards
Direct oversight, training and development of crew
Maintain significant experience with Data Center, Fiber Optic, Data, DAS, Security products solutions
Understand the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestones
Purchasing, reporting, and approval authority as defined in MP Authority Matrix
Complete all administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner (safety audits and observations, final review of production, manage change orders, prepare bills for accounting)
Promptly complete authorization of all invoices, receipts, and fuel charges
Review project performance to budget
Work collaboratively with customers to define value-add activities and ensure their needs are met
Improve personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and trainings
Represent and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values
Safety training as required by position
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications
High School education or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Valid DOT health card
2+ years of project management experience in the low voltage construction industry is ideal, specifically with Data Centers, Networking, Fiber Optic, Data, Fire Alarm or Security
Ability to construct either structured cabling, security, fire alarm, or other low voltage systems
Can perform basic capabilities within Bluebeam Software
Ability to use computers / electronic devices
Able to read blueprints and follow job specifications and orders
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint

Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Benefits and Additional Information Pay Range: $100,000 – $140,000
