Are you a dynamic and strategic leader ready to blend success across multiple locations? We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee several Smoothie King locations in South Florida. As a Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction across your assigned stores. You’ll work closely with individual store managers, guiding them to achieve peak performance while aligning with Smoothie King’s purpose: helping guests Rule the Day. This is more than just a multi-unit oversight role — it’s an opportunity to shape teams, strengthen operations, and drive the growth of a beloved health and wellness brand. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop Teams: Oversee daily operations across multiple Smoothie King locations; Hire, train, mentor, and develop General Managers and key store personnel; Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations to ensure company standards are met. Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of Smoothie King’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness; Monitor inventory, labor, and scheduling efficiencies across all locations; Maintain and improve operational systems and processes to drive profitability. Drive Business Results: Analyze financial reports, set strategic goals, and implement initiatives to meet and exceed sales and performance targets; Manage budgets and control costs to maximize each store’s profitability; Support and execute local store marketing efforts in collaboration with Store Managers. Champion the Guest Experience: Create a strong customer-first culture across all stores; Address guest feedback and implement improvements that ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. What You Bring to the Blend (Qualifications)

3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in QSR, fast-casual, or retail environments. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams. Strong business acumen and operational knowledge. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for health, wellness, and community engagement. Ability to travel regularly within assigned region and support stores as needed. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. ServSafe Certified Perks & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts | Flexibility required for store visits (morning, day, evening, occasional weekends) Travel: Required across multiple store locations in South Florida.
