Position Description

We\'re looking for a detail-driven

Quality Inspector

with a strong sense of purpose to uphold the safety and reliability of medical devices following clinical use. In this post-market focused role, you\'ll process returned products that have been utilized in healthcare environments —gaining exposure to post-market regulations, while supporting our team in delivering world-class care to patients everywhere. Key Responsibilities

Inspect & Assess:

Handle incoming returns by performing inspections, decontamination, and disinfection following strict safety protocols. Verify Quality:

Use calibrated measuring tools to confirm product integrity against specifications. Document Findings:

Record inspection results using ERP and eQMS platforms, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with Servicing, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Relations to resolve documentation discrepancies related to the return. Position Requirements

Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Capable of lifting 15–25 pounds on an occasional to regular basis. High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in a quality assurance role with exposure to ISO or FDA-regulated environments Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Clear, confident communication skills in English Adaptability and collaborative spirit Exceptional time-management and organization skills Willingness to learn new inspection tools and techniques Preferred

Familiarity with eQMS and ERP systems such as SAP Experience in medical device or clinical manufacturing Familiarity with bloodborne pathogen protocols and product decontamination Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 9001/13485 Benefits
