AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You’ll join the Work Based Learning Program (WBLP) as a Logistics Specialist. This position requires reporting to a site location. AWS has multiple WBLP trainee openings in 2025 and trainees will participate in a 12-month work and training program in our Northern Virginia facilities. Responsibilities

Data entry and resolving questions from peer organizations Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing Assemble, address, stamp and arrange shipments of merchandise and materials Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations Maintain precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company A day in the life

The Logistics Specialist reviews Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and ongoing demand to maintain stock levels across locations. You will work with the Logistics Manager to optimize flow of parts, track inventory location, movement, age, and turns. You will collaborate with Data Center Operations Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Procurement and Hardware Engineering to fulfill parts quickly and accurately, and interface with vendors to process RMAs and replacements. Strong communication with vendors is required to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business requirements. You will work independently and with a team, prioritizing tasks, organizing work, and communicating effectively. You may work shifts that include days/nights/weekends/holidays and travel within the regional work area; a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required as company transportation is not provided. are expected with reasonable accommodations. Regularly lift/move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds. Work in an environment that operates 24/7 with primary responder rotation and after-hours support as needed. Work in cramped/elevated/noisy environments. Sit, stand, bend, lift, stretch, reach, and walk up to 8+ hours a day. Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely. Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma Are 18 years of age or older Willingness to participate in shift rotations to support 24/7 data center operations Preferred Qualifications
