Lead omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to fulfill Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service. Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance; ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team to meet their KPIs. Plan and lead execution of classes and in-store events per Company programs. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage and execute shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits. Support inventory processes, including RTV and ASN activities. Assist with onboarding new team members. Train, observe, and coach customer experience team (sales floor and cashier); participate in performance management; support talent development; utilize leadership competencies for self-growth. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Interact respectfully with others; remain positive even in difficult situations; promote organizational values; serve as a role model. Assist customers, help locate products, and provide solutions. Participate in truck unloading and stocking, ensuring standards are met within budget. Manage shrink and safety programs. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, planning and managing workload in partnership with the Store Manager. Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Other duties as assigned. Experience Required Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to stand for long periods. Move throughout the store. Bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch. Lift heavy boxes; access high shelves with ladders. Work includes nights, weekends, early mornings; some outdoor work and climate-controlled areas; some stockroom environments.
