Role and Responsibilities This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll:
Lead the experience: Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
Understand that teamwork is key: Work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
Be in the know: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
