Class VI Partners is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by engaging directly with founders and CEOs in our target market. Key Responsibilities

Own outbound outreach to business owners, primarily via email and LinkedIn. Build and execute prospecting campaigns using tools like Buzz.ai, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Leverage additional platforms such as Grata, Clay AI, and SourceScrub to identify and qualify new prospects. Manage and respond to inbound interest generated through campaigns, guiding leads toward a first conversation. Set up 30–40 qualified introductory calls per month with business owners that fit our ideal client profile. Collaborate closely with the Sr. Business Development Director to qualify and transition opportunities. Coordinate with marketing, advisory, and investment banking teams to align messaging and outreach strategies. Keep CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot) updated with accurate contact and activity data. Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a BDR, sales, or lead generation role — ideally in a consultative or services-driven business. Proven track record of outbound success and meeting (or beating) monthly call and meeting targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with founder/CEO-level audiences. Proficiency with tools such as Buzz.ai, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Grata, Clay AI, and SourceScrub. Highly coachable and eager to continuously improve. Driven, hard-working, and humble with a team-first attitude. Comfortable working full-time in our Cherry Creek office. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base + $15,000–$20,000 bonus (with upside potential). Total compensation target: $80,000–$100,000.
