Overview

ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time at Butterfly Effects. Location: Littleton, MA. Schedule: T, W, F 4-7pm. This is a part-time role; RBT certification is a plus and we will help you obtain it if you don\'t have it. Responsibilities

Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home, but also in schools and our centers) to teach them how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills. Make the session engaging by teaching through play-based activities. Training is provided to all staff so they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism. Qualifications

Minimum of High School diploma. College course work a plus A love and passion for working with children Interest in learning Valid driver\'s license & personal vehicle Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) At least 3 weekdays with the same availability Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Drive-time pay between sessions Tuition Assistance Supervision towards BCBA credential available Physical Demands

Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time. About Butterfly Effects
