Responsible for the daily administrative aspects of the SEAMIST grant, providing provisional support to all faculty and staff involved in the project. Job Details

Collaborates with Principal Investigators in the preparation of grant proposal and grant certifications to ensure timely compliance. Manages overall hazardous material training schedule, through frequent interactions and communications with the instructors, vendors, and marketers. Coordinates travel arrangements for EMS instructors. Processes check requests, purchase orders, travel reimbursements to ensure timely record-keeping. Performs general office duties such as answering inquiries through emails and/or phone. Reviews data, follow-up on discrepancies, and ensures accuracy of grant data. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Job Requirements

Physical Requirements : Speech Recognition and Speech Clarity Near Vision May work nights or weekends; travel may be required May be exposed to sitting/standing for periods May lift and carry up to 10 lbs Education & Experience

Required Education:

Associate's Degree Required Experience:

Three (3) years experience in service program support capacity. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum one (1) year of experience in service program support capacity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Competency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Forms. Additional Details
