Have recently graduated (within the last two years) or be graduating before Feb 2026 Diploma or Degree in any of the above-mentioned disciplines Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships A curious, proactive, and innovative mindset Must be a New Zealand/ Australian Citizen or Resident About KiwiRail
