Overview

The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at Alo Yoga. They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-led environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets Alo apart from other retailers. Responsibilities

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and providing technical product education; support team members with feedback and coaching to address gaps. Continue to build the client relationship daily with customers. Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support implementing action plans focusing on deficient areas and identify growth opportunities. Ensure effective sales floor coverage through developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed. Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized operations. Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests. Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience; oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent; provide ongoing feedback for growth. Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads to ensure cross-functional training and well-executed business operations; execute company-level directives and projects with Sales & Service Manager. Qualifications

2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment. Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making. Values feedback and is receptive to giving and receiving feedback. High energy, upbeat, and able to integrate fun with work. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Aligns with Alo’s guiding principles. Job Level: Associate. The Sales & Service Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week. Full-time employees are expected to have open availability and work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season. Benefits
