About the team: As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams – including Marketing, Finance, and Product – to provide actionable insights and support sales operations strategic decision-making. About the role: As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll successfully own business administration and requirements of Salesforce and our Sales tech stack, collaborate with other Revenue Operations team members on data analytic reporting, and support sales analysis & forecasting to align sales employees’ goals with customer satisfaction and sales targets. Responsibilities
Own day-to-day Salesforce business administration including user support, field and workflow automation requirements, new feature requirements. Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility in the sales technology ecosystem. Ensure data quality through duplicate management, data standardization, and cleanup initiatives. Create automated reporting for weekly/monthly sales reviews and board presentations. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic sales initiatives and territory planning. Support sales team with technical troubleshooting and system optimization of the sales technology ecosystem. Support sales forecasting accuracy through data analysis and trend identification. Partner with Marketing on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign effectiveness analysis. Document and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and adoption. Create training materials and conduct sessions for sales team on system updates. Lead cross-functional projects for system implementations and process improvements. Collaborate with IT on system security, performance, and integration requirements. What you bring to the team

3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or Salesforce administration. Strong expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales insights engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, ChurnZero). Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for compensation analytics dashboards. Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
SQL knowledge for advanced data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot). Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies. Compensation & Benefits
Denver pay range: Base salary per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. $90,000 - $120,000 USD.
