We develop award-winning cloud-based enrollment solutions for state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, covering eligibility, plan selection, and enrollment, alongside innovative marketing and call center tools.

Position Details

Type: Full-time/Seasonal

Pay: $16.00/hr plus performance incentives

Requirements

18 years or older

Background check and drug test within 3 days

Dedicated, private, and secure workspace

Personal device with camera for training

Full attendance during 3-week paid training

Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps via Ethernet (not compatible with mobile or satellite internet)

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Handling inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries

Providing excellent customer service and technical support

Data entry and managing customer accounts

Following procedures, creative problem-solving, and adaptability

Self-study, training, and passing exams for certification

Proficiency in computer skills and technology, professionalism, and excellent communication skills

Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated
