AbleLight is currently hiring a Manager of Residential Operations for the Portland, OR, market. In this position, the Manager of Residential Operations is to lead the team that delivers person-centered care and services to those we support in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose for existing. Requirements: Two to three years of previous experience in a similar work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
