Assistant Director, Service & Operations – Accelerated Program role at Mobile Communications America (MCA). The role is to lead service delivery, drive profitability, and develop cross-functional business acumen as part of the Accelerated Leadership Development Program in the Voice division. Based in the Carolinas region, this position owns service gross profit performance and provides exposure to sales and operations to support growth, efficiency, and employee and customer satisfaction across the region while supporting integration of new acquisitions. The Southeastern region includes locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. What You Will Be Doing

Lead and develop service teams to achieve performance, engagement, and growth goals. Drive service P&L, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Manage regional scheduling, WIP, utilization, and process improvements to maximize efficiency and results. Partner with sales to align service execution with revenue goals, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure service excellence delivery to customers. Support the operational and cultural integration of acquisitions into the regional business. Maintain clear communication with customers, employees, and leadership; forecast service revenue and provide timely business updates. About the Program

This is an accelerated development program to fast-track the next generation of MCA’s leaders. You will gain broad exposure to our business and develop into impactful leadership roles throughout the organization. As part of this intensive journey, you will rotate through key functions, take on challenging projects, and receive targeted training. Potential future roles may include: Sales, Operations, or Service Leader; Corporate Functional Leader; Business Unit or Territory Leader; and more. Geographic Flexibility

Participants must be open and committed to relocating within the U.S. to MCA locations and traveling up to 30%. Ideal Candidates Include

Passion for leadership and strong learning agility. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to relocate within MCA’s U.S. footprint. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced education a plus. 2+ years of professional or military leadership experience preferred. Up to 30% travel; some overnight travel expected. About MCA
