What will you do as Sr. Manager, Integrated Logistics at Sealed Air?

As a Sr. Manager of Integrated Logistics for North America, you will play a key role in leading and optimizing regional logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with Sealed Air's business objectives.

You will oversee logistics activities across multiple sites, managing end-to-end transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to drive cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

Your leadership will be essential in developing strategies that enhance delivery performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

To lead and manage the regional logistics network across North America, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

To oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities, ensuring service reliability and cost optimization.

To implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics operations.

To develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

To collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.

To manage 5-7 direct reports and up to 100 indirect reports, fostering leadership, accountability, and engagement within the logistics team.

To lead and support logistics transformation initiatives focused on automation, sustainability, and digitalization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity with regional or global scope.

Proven experience leading multi-site logistics or distribution operations.

Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and network optimization.

Experience implementing process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and logistics KPIs.

Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems (SAP preferred).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach.

Willingness to travel up to 25% (may be higher during initial months).

Compensation and Benefits Compensation Data

Our range goes from 83,500 to 120,000 USD per year.

The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
