We serve up memorable experiences for our guests. We’re searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Director to give guests a taste of the high life by empowering teams to deliver quality service and exceptional standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Managing and delegating everyday duties for a team of committed hospitality professionals
Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences
Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against responsible business practices
Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
Overseeing multiple teams, kitchens and food outlets capable of catering to 500 people
What we need from you
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
Must speak local language
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law
