We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator located in Minneapolis, MN. What You Will Contribute
Provide vital support to multiple Project Managers and Sales Representatives by collecting and organizing project information, drafting professional correspondence, preparing and submitting documentation for approval, and coordinating the permitting process. Assist with assembling proposals and bidding documents. Complete purchase orders, track information in various systems, follow up with customers and vendors, and other tasks to help ensure projects are executed to the timeline. Process weekly and monthly billings for projects, coordinate meetings, and process and track contracts and subcontracts. Play an instrumental role in the successful execution of our regional construction projects. What You Need To Qualify
Completed associate’s degree in an administrative program or three to five years of administrative support experience, preferably within the construction industry. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry-specific software. What’s in it for you?
