Expanded Learning Program Leader
role at
ISANA Academies . Program leaders work directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students, in a K-8 school setting. Program leaders interact with students to provide a positive role model, coach, and mentor. Program leaders support the ISANA Mission and Vision through effective implementation of daily program guide activities and Fun Friday projects. Program leaders are flexible, committed, hardworking, and enthusiastic as it relates to their interactions with ISANA stakeholders. Program Leaders will receive continuous training and coaching support to strengthen their capacity to engage students in an expanded learning and enrichment environment. Responsibilities
Based on the Purpose section above, responsibilities include: Work directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students, in a K-8 school setting. Serve as a positive role model, coach, and mentor to students. Implement daily program guide activities and Fun Friday projects in alignment with the ISANA Mission and Vision. Engage in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen capacity to engage students in an expanded learning and enrichment environment. Requirements
At least 48 college credits. Ability to speak, read, and write academic English. Prior experience working with school-aged children (preferred). Must clear TB and fingerprint check. Hours
Monday – Friday 2:15pm – 6:00pm Seniority level
